About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences that delight our users. This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, ambitious team where your work will have real impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process end-to-end: research, ideate, prototype, and deliver polished UI/UX solutions.
- Translate user insights and product goals into clear, impactful design decisions.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs (e.g., Figma).
- Define and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure high quality implementation.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product metrics.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or similar roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web and mobile.
- Expertise with design tools (Figma, etc.).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Experience with AI tools and/or tool design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance quality with speed in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and working with Typescript and React.
- Game design and game mechanics experience.
- Skilled in crafting effective prompts for AI systems including image generation.
- Love of games of all types!
